Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable and efficient software solutions and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and playing a key role in defining the technical direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

✦Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient software applications.

✦Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.

✦Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

✦Lead and mentor a team of junior developers to ensure quality and consistency across projects.

✦Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues in the software.

✦Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the company’s technical strategy.

✦Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✦Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✦5+ years of experience in software development.

✦Proficiency in any one of Java/Python/GoLang/Scala.

✦Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

✦Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

✦Expertise in database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.

✦Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

✦Proven experience in system architecture and design patterns.

✦Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
