Job Summary -

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Prompt Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our AI/ML team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing prompts that enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs) and other AI models. Your role will focus on improving model responses, creating innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven applications.

Job Responsibilities:

✦Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize the performance of AI/ML models, especially large language models (LLMs).

✦Collaborate with AI teams to understand model behavior and improve response generation.

✦Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies for various use cases, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and other AI applications.

✦Research and apply prompt engineering best practices to enhance AI model outputs.

✦Continuously experiment with different prompt structures to maximize relevance and accuracy.

✦Analyze model outputs and use insights to adjust and improve prompts.

✦Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering into product development.

✦Keep up to date with advancements in AI/ML, particularly in LLMs, generative AI, and natural language processing (NLP).

Candidate Required Skills:

✦Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification.

✦3to 5years of experience working with AI/ML models, with a focus on prompt engineering or related areas.

✦Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and other NLP models.

✦Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

✦Experience with prompt design and fine-tuning model responses for AI-powered applications.

✦Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

✦Strong analytical skills to evaluate model performance and improve prompt effectiveness.

✦Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about model outputs.

✦Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
